1Eligibility

2Account Registration

• You may hold only one (1) account on vg8. Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. vg8 staff will never ask for your password.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on vg8 are subject to the following rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vg8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where vg8 has made a clear and demonstrable error in odds or market terms.
• vg8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded, or where the bet was accepted due to a technical or pricing error.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and account tier. Limits are displayed on the platform at the time of placing a bet.
• vg8 strictly prohibits match-fixing, collusion, or any fraudulent betting activity. Accounts found engaged in such activity will be permanently suspended and all winnings forfeited.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of vg8 is final and binding. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6Responsible Gaming

vg8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

In the event of account closure, vg8 will return any remaining balance to the account holder provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would entitle vg8 to forfeit such funds, and subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the vg8 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of vg8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vg8 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the vg8 platform except as permitted under these Terms or with the prior written consent of vg8.

9Limitation of Liability
